Absolutely.

What's your typical response time for different activities (search, showing, negotiations, closing, etc.)?

Search - Same day.
Showings - Same or next day.
Negotiations - 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Closing -  1 or 2 hours.
Et cetera - within 24 hours.

How will you communicate with me during the process?

Via a combination of emails, text messages, and phone calls — depending on what it is and how time sensitive.

What kind of issues have you seen come up in the process and how much do you assist in those issues?

I've seen and heard it all — literally.  Anything that comes up I'll use my expertise to guide you through.

Will you walk me through closing documents and explain them in detail?

Yes.

What are your payment terms and are there any additional costs I should be aware of?

All your costs will be listed in our contract and we'll review before we both sign.

What technology do you use to streamline the process?

Lots!  From realtor-specific software for ultra-targeted searches to transaction tracking software to basics like showing software.  However, I will never use any automated software for your negotiations.  I will always personally do those since they require a personal touch.

Do you have partnerships with any reputable lenders, realtors, or other real estate professionals?

I do.  I'll share my recommendations as needed and if you need anything feel free to ask me.

How do you avoid conflict of interest?

Via written disclosure.

Can you provide examples of how you've resolved past issues or complications?

Of course.  These normally come up while we're working together as stories that relate to what's going on with your home or dream home.
